I have been having issues with my apartment since the day I have moved in and the management refuses to help! Before you consider this complex look for reviews for Tobacco Lofts (previous name of the complex) and those are the real reviews!!!

Great 4th floor, spacious, 2 bedroom, apartment, with a fabulous view of the River City!!!! Convenient and just a stone's throw away from Brown's Island, Shockoe Bottom, Farmer's Market, Main Street Station! Pet friendly and perfect for young professionals!

Great place , high ceilings, long hallways, washer and dryer hook up(or you can rent some for 40.00 a month) beautiful kitchen area with bar. Four months of living in this place and still no way to pay rent online. I I get the same answer every month from the "management" (I use that word very carefully when describing the staff) all they can say is that management is aware! Keep looking at this Facebook page and you will see the filthy condconditions. You must constantly be on the lookout for dog waste. What an embarrassment for the...
