Spring Broke that Lodi Installed after 1 3/4 yrs

Lodi only warrenties there work for 1 year. Made appt to repair Spring Sat. June 19th 2010 and they showed up without a left side spring for a two car garage. Already had explained the repair needed on the phone during office hours on Friday June 16th. I called another repair service at 4pm on Saturday (Door Doctors) and they arrived at 6pm to repair the door, their springs carry a LIFETIME...
