This place is a dump. Nasty rooms. If you have to stay here bring your own sheets and don't leave anything valuable in the room. They let homeless people clean rooms to pay for their own room rent. The front desk person was very nice, but it took her 3 sets of linens to find clean ones. Everything had stains...

Spent a weekend at the Lodge. Clean room, nice people, I had a non smoking room with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. The view out my backdoor made me look forward to waking each morning to rock on the porch and watch the groundhog play. Pricing was comfortable for my budget. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The Lodge is pleasant comfortable I'm tour bus driver for over 35 years and I learned not to listen to other peoples comments The people at the front desk are polite and curtious slept well and heard no noises and my room was facing the highway If I ever come back I would not hesitate to stay here again.

If anyone is going to Waynesvile, NC DO NOT stay @ Lodge of Waynesville, it is a s---hole, toilet not stable, shower inadequate, sink faucet didn't work, burn holes in sheets, pillow big buch of lumps, & stains on underside bedspread whose origin u do not want to think about
