I recently had my home re-keyed today. Tony called ahead and let me know when he was about 1/2 hour away, did the task I had asked him to do, and also did several other adjustments and security enhancements. They were Very professional, courteous and personable. Great value and work!!
We used Fidelity to move a heavy safe - twice! We were installing new floors, and needed the safe moved out of the room, then returned to a different location within the room. They handled our possessions as though they were owners, and were able to 'get creative' to resolve complications. Highly recommend this company
Fidelity did a great job with a reasonable price to go along with it! I was quoted a price in advance which I thought was quite reasonable and it was the same as the final charge (no bait and switch). They're local and want to establish long term relationships with their customers. Fidelity can be trusted to do an excellent job at a reasonable price.
David was there within 30 minutes to let me back into my car. He was professional and charged me exactly what Nick quoted me on the phone. He even gave me some extra safety tips before he left. THANKS DAVID ?
The tech that came out, Perry was professional and quick. He called 15 minutes before arrival, which was stated when I called to make appointment. They gave me a window of 1 hour, and he arrived right in the beginning of the window. (That doesn't happen with many companies. Usually I have to wait around all day.) Thank you Perry. would definitely use them again.
