Website does not work. Unable to pay payments online... you call and nobody answers the phone. This company has very poor service...how are they still able to be in business!

Wow, simple requests seem like you are asking them to give up their first born child. No understanding of customer service. Never ever ever ever again.

I agree with the other comments with regards to Loan Care's egregious and wanton violations of business ethics and common sense. Their systems couldn't be more poor if they INTENDED them to be....
