We moved to Florida in August 2014. My youngest son was 3 at the time and had never been in childcare before. My husband is stationed at Mayport and we needed something on his way to drop him off. We found this place and so glad we did. He absolutely loves it and loves going every day. The providers are fantastic and seem to really enjoy working with the kids. The price was great too. We couldn't have asked for a better first time daycare experience.
I really thought this was going to be a good Day Care but after 6 months of having my 2 daughters in this day care I found out that they fix the food without heating it up, and straight out of the cans. I also went to check on my girls one day and there was 21 children with only 1 teacher, 21 CHILDREN!! That is a lot of kids for 1 person to take care of all of them, no wonder my daughter was bitten twice in 2 weeks!!!! Nobody was watching what happened because they didn't even know who did it or when it happened. I'm so disappointed of this day care!!! Oh, and the director has attitude problems too. She got mad at me because I started puting food in my daughters bag so she could eat good food and she did not let my girl eat her food. Can you believe that? You are gonna tell MY daughter she can't eat my food?????? And then she started making smart comments like: So how is your daughter starving problem going? Just because I said that my baby is always hungry when she comes home. Yea my baby is always hungry because she doesn't like that nasty she makes at the day care!!! Who is gonna eat cold beans???? Them poor kids eat it because they don't have a choice. Oh and by the way, you have to wait on the front office for the teachers to bring the kids to you. But I don't care I still walk to my girls classroom cuz I want to see what they are doing. I have my rights so there is nothing they can do to stop me from going to my kid's classroom and see how they treat her. I'm so fed up with this day care, that I'm in the process of opening my own day care where parents won't have to go thru what I'm going thru. Parents should be aware of anything that's going on in the day care and get a daily report on their kid's. Children in day care should have at least 1 hot meal a day, not like these people feeding kids cold beans!

I can't say enough about Little Temples. The staff is great and always willing to accomodate me. My two and three year olds wake up every morning excited about going to school and they come home smarter and better behaved. I have taken them to two other, more expensive daycares and that was definetly not the case. Simply put, this is the best daycare in town.
