They suck! Have had my washer and dryer for two months the washer is acting up. Was scheduled for them to come out today between 8 and 5 with a 30 minute to an hour call ahead! No call No Show! And it's almost 7 PM now. So I called whirlpool to express my disappointment in their preferred warranty department suggestion. Going to use Tri City Appliance tomorrow scheduled a 12-5! Not a happy...

Our dishwasher heating unit died just before Thanksgiving. (are appliances made with "holiday sensors" that program them to fail just when the appliance is needed most?)The repairman from Little came out the next day and diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately Whirlpool did not make the part …

We have been using Little Appliance repair service for 7-8 years and have always been satisfied with their scheduling and their repairs. Currently, our clothes dryer won't start and we're calling upon Little Appliance to make the necessary repairs
