Stay away!!! She is a joke. The only place she is powerful is Carter County. If youve read in papers lately you can see why. They run on the good ole boy system. She will do underhanded things to get at whoever she up against and it doesnt matter if its legal or not. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful to her clients.

Lisa Rice is VERY unprofessional. She is not nice to her clients and some of the people who work here dont seem to care much for their clients. I had a horrible expereice with Lisa. She was very disrespectful! She is powerful, yes but not in a professional way AT ALL! I am getting another attorney. i would definitely not recommend her as an attorney! You have been warned....
