I ordered 13 long stem roses (in vase) for Valentine's Day 2013. First of all, they were delivered AFTER business hours and my wife had left for the day. Next, there were FOUR (4) roses in the arrangement (NOT 13) and it was supplemented with carnations. I uploaded a photo of the PITIFUL flower arrangement for your benefit. Now I ask, WOULD YOU PAY $80 FOR THIS MESS?I suggest you NEVER use FTD...
