My apartment has mold and lots of bugs. Pest control here is not so great and I've complained about the mold 2 weeks ago. I have a newborn baby and I feel like I'm living in a an unhealthy apartment. There's mold, there's bugs, there's cracks in the walls. Old old appliances and mean manager. I've only been here 2 months and this severely depresses me. I'm all about writing good reviews if people deserve it but this community has me in doubt and is not answering me so I'm giving them the review they deserve
Don't rent here. If you have trouble with your apartment you'll never get it fixed. My A/C was out for two summers in a row, they worked on it nearly every week and could never get it to work for more than a few days at a time; it was often hotter in my apartment than it was outside. The electric bill was a few hundred dollars a month because of this. Go somewhere else; you won't be happy here.
Walls are paper thin!!! Called the office about neighborhooda loud music at All HOURS ... only response was to call the VB non emergency police #... Dogs barking at all hours. DOG CRAP everywhere!!
