Your GA seating policy is terrible. Your ticket policy of needing an ID to match the ticket in order to enter is incredibly inconvenient. Evolve with the times, change your policies to be more helpful to your customer.

"The Jewel On U" Box office is open Mon-Fri from 1-7pm (and later on show nights). Open Sat & Sun beginning at 1pm IF we have a show.

Since 2010, Lincoln Theatre has been providing Theatrical Producers And Services from Washington.

Built in 1921, Lincoln Theatre is a former vaudeville and movie house that has been restored to its original splendor. The theater is found in downtown Washington, DC, and features 1,250 seats. A wide range of performances take place in the theater throughout the year, including comedy shows, concerts, cultural events, plays and more. The facility can also be rented for special events.

This historic theatre has been renovated to its former glory. Nowadays, the Lincoln Theatre acts as the spot to host community, theatre and music events on U street.

During the Harlem Renaissance, the U Street neighborhood in DC hosted many jazz greats of the age including Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Count Bassie and Washington's favorite son, Duke Ellington.
