One of he better military housing communities I have lived in. My only complaint would be that I have been trying to get hem to replace the garage door motor since I moved in because the remote doesn't work on it any more, but they haven't done it yet.

Too many issues in the short 6 months we have lived here. They've been somewhat decent to respond, but it was 85 yesterday and came home to a broken AC (second time) inside the house was 90+ and they still haven't responded 24hrs later.

Samantha Stapleton will enter your home illegally and the office will lie to cover it up. They also pick on tenants and don't respect when a family is on EFM. They do not deal with maintenance the right way. The neighborhood is constantly having car break ins even if the car is locked. They lie to commands to try and get residents into trouble. We moved here from Fort Eustis after issues with Balfour Beatty. There's always a few minor problems, but the management has been friendly and helpful every step of the way. Love that we have a goods sized yard, garage, kitchen and common areas. The bedrooms are plenty big enough.
