We have lived here 6 months and if we didn't have orders out of state, we'd stay. Maintenance is always on top of their work and get things done asap. The front office staff has always been very nice and helpful. Houses are good size and provide lots of storage. Playgrounds on every court make it great for the kids!

Too small, too expensive, homes in poor shape, ridiculous rules ( no kiddie pool) and lots of rude neighbors. I will never live in Lincoln military housing ever again!!!!

We have been here for over a year and just signed another year lease (good promo going on too). The office has always been friendly to us, any problems have been handled by maintenance properly, and we really like the community as a whole. I am not going to use names in here but I will say the house that we stayed in was great, until it wasn't. The first issue we had was with our air conditioner, it would run six hours at a time to drop one degree. It wasn't set at an extremely low temp either, it was set at 75, during an 80 degree day and it would still run for hours at a time to meet 75. I had maintanance at my house 8 times in...
