I lived there for a while and the place was poorly built first and formost. I lived in the first building built and the ac was always breaking the landscaping is horrible thanks to waynes. Even though I am not the first tenant to live in my apartment, the cleanliness and sturdy appliances have made it seem like I was since day one. The staff is helpful and maintenance goes above and beyond to help out in anyway they can. The pool area and fitness area are well-kept and above average for the Madison area.
