If I could give zero, I would. They attempted to tow my car when I returned from doing business in a bank. It was there lot. The driver bumped my car, luckily no damage done. Tried to tow mo car with me in it.
He claimed I had been three hours. Last I checked 1/3 turn in the big hand is not 3 hours.

your story is ditto to what occured to me 10-25-14 and I have contacted a lawyer to work on this. As you said how nay people walk around with 330.00. I to was luck to have it availble but other that park in that didn't. Went to the Ravens game on Saturday, August 23, 2014.  We paid the parking meter at the parking lot on 414 Light Street Lot in Baltimore the maximum price of $27 for 24 hours and placed the ticket on the dash.  This ticket is so small that it must of slid down the inside dashboard to wear it is partially covered by the wipers.  Obviously upon their drive by they didn't search the vehicle (I...

These people are crooks and towed my car from my apartment complex saying I didnt have a resident sticker on my window when I do have a blue sticker saying parking permit.
