This guy has no problem ripping of a grandmother... How do you think he would deal with you? He made a deal with a woman to purchase a brand new scooter that was a prize from a raffel. The scooter was purchased from his dealership... not donated (which begins to describe the greed). He sells the scooter for about $2000 and offered $525 for it. The offer was then discussed and bumped up to $700...
