I went to these people with a serious tax problem and was robbed of a large sum of money and treated with contempt. Before I signed the contract and paid a deposit the manager of this branch was friendly and courteous and seemed willing to help. After I signed the contract and paid a large deposit everything changed. It was pretty much clear that now that I had disclosed my tax problem and paid a deposit I was at their mercy and was treated accordingly. I was charged a large sum of money and jerked around by the manager of this "business" who basically charged me a fortune and did little to assist with my problem.
