I called this company on Sunday to clear a blockage at the main sewer line. I knew ahead of time that this was probably due to tree roots in the line due to a cracked main line and told them up front that this was probably the case. The technician came out and cleared the line; no problem. We were planning on following up next month to have this line repaired.

Plumbers need more training. They do not give enough information to customers. I do not know anything about plumbing and the plumbers did not explain the parts that we need well. Because of this, our garage flooded due to our water heater that one of their plumbers installed because of a part that was missing. The plumber failed to tell us about this part that we needed.
