As section 8 HUD housing goes this is not bad. The building is old, built some 40 years ago, so things are wearing out. Replacements are made as equipment stops working, but all in all, it's a safe and fairly serene place for Seniors. The rent is based upon income. Inflation and escalating medical costs have gobbled up much of the income some of us thought we could use to retire. Therefore, for...
