Dr. Al Saied was very kind and attentive to my issues with discomfort after the total knee replacement surgery. The surgery was successful. I can now walk and function as my younger self, even though I am a 77 year old female.

He gave me hope only to rip it away by having unreasonable office expectations. Had to reschedule due to illness and snow storm. Got no empathy from staff. Seems as though they could care less about my well being

Give him 10 minutes and he will start to fugure how he can charge the next customer (I mean patient)

Does not listen. Does not have a lot of experience in repair and care of 5th metatarsal fracture.

I have been treated by Dr Kavookjian off and on for the past two years as an inpatient at St Mary's hospital. He listens well, has a fabulous sense of humor, and knows when to be serious. I think he knows his area of practice very well; his only downfall is possibly being too optimistic. I would recommend Dr Kavookjian over any other psychiatrist currently practicing at St Mary's.
