bought a $660 part last year - its bad this season. they wont exchange - want to send a tech to determine if its bad. this will cost $105 ($85 for svc call, $20 for trip...gimme a break...i live within 3 miles in any direction of a leslies....)this is after someone at the store told us its probably 'your old chemicals' so we bought new chemical testers for $50 of course that was not the issue. so we have to pay someone $105 to tell us that the part is bad and then they will replace the part. the store wont exchange it - even tho its under warranty. beware....
