I have been To this Store Many Times and have never had a bad experience. There customer service is great. They Are very busy most of the time i have been there but always take there time with every one. I read the customers review above and really felt that i needed to leave a counter review because of the great service i have had there. Customer service does go both ways if you expect someone to assist you then you should show them the same respect they would give you.
Don't go here! Customer service is very poor. I have been to many pool shops, but I have never been treated so poorly.
I called the shop prior to my arrival only to be abruptly put on hold for 3 minutes, thinking they forgot about me, I called again and was put on hold for another 3 minutes. So I called back a 3rd time, this time when asked if I could hold, I said no, and asked if they could simply answer a quick question: ""Do you do a test for iron?"" After answering ""yes"", I replied that it only took them 5 seconds to answer my simple question, so I wish they would have at least...
