I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
