I will probably never come back to the Lenscrafters here at Valley View ever again. Rude, snotty employees. The female employee who initially helped me actually answered her cell phone right in the middle of me asking her a question! She stayed on her cell phone, and pawned me off on another employee. This male employee she pawned me off to, Lindsay, was condescending and rude. This guy also...
