This was so easy! I lost my glasses so I called them and they took my order over the phone! I went into Macy's to pick them up and met Shirley. What an absolute sweetheart. She went out of her way to help me, and was so kind, gracious and friendly. She deserves a customer service award. And a raise! Thanks, Shirley!
