Where do I begin? The Dr. Is great. The staff horrible. They book fake appts and charged $$$$ for glasses. No thank you!

Should be a Zero. With several popular online eyewear retail stores you would think you could purchase a pair of glasses without physically being in the store. There policies are outdated.

Chris the general manager and Grace, were great today at the Lens Crafters inside the Chesterfield Towne Center mall.. Quick and friendly from the time I called over the phone until after I get my glasses repaired
