The Moorestown New Jersey location is horrible. Today I stopped by to see if they had any appointments available and the lady told me they were completely booked. Twenty minutes later while I was waiting for someone she told a customer that they are accepting walk-ins but appointments go first …

Sales person was rude and would not assist me with glasses that i purchased at another Lenscrafters store that i was having a problem with. When he did agree to read them to see if the Rx was correct, he told me the Rx was correct, which ended up having the left and right eyes reversed. No wonder i could not see with them. SO not only was he rude, he can't read and Rx.

Definitely good service...usually never busy like the Cherry Hill store. Very good at fit and adjustments. Good atmosphere. They will check all possible discounts with AAA ..Coupons...etc..
