I love their customer service! Selection is good. Higher priced. I didn't give them a 5 because getting new lenses always seems to take 30 min longer then they say so your stuck waiting sometimes. Good thing is that it's in a mall.

Brought my Persol prescriptions glasses purchased from a different lenscrafters to this location for a warranty replacement of the lenses. SO rude and not helpful at all! I had to get my husbands contact prescription (who is overseas right now due to the Navy), and it took me 5 visits and 3 phone calls. Every time I go in there I am treated like a bothersome child. Never will my husband or I go back!
