I was on my way to watch a movie at the cinemark(which was the only reason that mall mattered) and a fight …

I remember being stationed in Norfolk at NOB in the mid 90s and this was the firstmall I went to. It was a happening place with good crowds especially on the weekends. I left on a 6 month deployment not to long after that and I could tell that things changed when I returned. It was still an ok mall even back …

Me and my friends call it "the ghetto mall" for a reason. Nothing was open and there were tons of kids running around. The food court was deserted and apart from the movie theater, there is no reason for me to set foot in this mall. I would recommend that everybody in that area takes their business to MacArthur Center or Pembroke.
