There's bugs, the water doesn't stay hot for more than 2 minutes, cheap paint, noisy, and the staff is rude.

I love the location right next the mall and plenty of restaurants. The office and maintenance workers are very courteous and helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely manner when you need something fixed or replaced. Very quite neighborhood, neighbors are friendly. I feel safe walking my dog at 11pm.
