Just hope nothing ever needs to be fixed

It has now been 7 days without AC. The central air stopped working last Sunday. We called every single day to submit a work order. No one knows how to fix it and after 5 days they discover it is an electrical issue. Since they don't know how or when they will fix the issue, they left us a small window unit (and since we only have one window that opens) it is still over 80 degrees inside. With nothing more than we'll get to it when we get to it attitude. We are steaming...pun intended!! Don't rent here unless you want to be left with no answers and a seriously unpleasant experience.
