I give this facility a 0 rating for patient care. The staff is too busy being chatty to pay attention to the physical condition and care of the residents. Those who dispense prescribed medications receive on-the-job training, and are not licensed caregivers. There's more to say, but since I have a relative at the facility, I will say no more until that resident is been placed elsewhere.
