It was obvious to me from the moment I walked into “our house” that they take very good care of the houses that they manage. The house was very clean and in very good condition. Me & my mom went to rent a house from Lee and he had said it would cost x and the pet fee would be x. After collecting our application fee he then tried to raise prices. In my opinion Lee S Halyard & Associates are dishonest people running a shady business. Visit a more reputable company for your real estate needs.
