I think that the previous person who gave this place a negative review can't be talking about the same place!!! I have been going to this office for years and have went another place to save money one year and regretted my decision. The staff there is so nice and helpful. You can tell that they are knowledgeable and love what they do!!! I am okay with waiting two weeks for my glasses...

They are expensive, inefficient, and difficult to do business with. Every year they make me fill out the same forms even though my information never changes, they never call when our glasses are ready, their turn around times on glasses are excessive compared to their competitors, and I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses in an hour for less than HALF of what they wanted to charge me for...
