Not even one star. Came out. He was polite. Said he figured out issue. An outside outlet was allowing water to come in. I paid $425. Had outlet fixed. Found 2 inches standing water again. Called back and told them. They said I had to pay the $425 again to have them come back out..because their was obvious seal work done prior to them coming out. Yes..I tried fixing the issue and finally gave up...

Leak doctor! Well I called on a Saturday morning and spoke to someone that took my name and telephone number and was advised somebody would call me back that day regarding a flood in my home....
