It was the time of my life! we had a great group of instructors I was in 101 on 9-11-2001 and graduated 2003
Graduated in 1990 with honors back then there was only 15 culinary schools you had to have written references from chefs to get in. Times are changing.
It's not a classy locale or a comfy ambience, but the three-course lunch was certainly fine dining. I had a delicious salad with feta, nuts and cranberries, perfectly cooked salmon, and a slice of flourless chocolate cake that was incredible. All for $9!
