This company deserves 0 stars for deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. I hired them for the season in 2014 and pre-paid for the season after negotiating the price....

I utilized this lawn care service for tratments and seeding only last year and was very disappointed. Especially with the power seeding in the fall. They did the seeding during Sept. when we had alot of rain. I asked them if this was wise and they said it would not be a problem. My other lawn service provider who cuts and maintains the property said there was hardly any seeds laid down and was correct. I had no new grass come up. When I called them to tell them, nobody responded. They were only interested in collecting the monies for a sub-par job. I am now in court with them over a $200 job and noticed that they have filed ten other claims with disappointed customers in this county. Very obnoxious over the phone.

After hiring this company a year and a half ago,my lawn looks WORSE now then it did when I was taking care of it myself! This company DOES NOT stand behind their work, instead they would rather make excuses. When you do contact them with a problem, you are dealt with in an extremely RUDE manner Next time you see a Lawn Doctor truck, run away as fast as you can!
