Brought my shih tzu to get her cleaned and trimmed up and then my dogs eye got cut, went to the vet and had to pay for everything. If you love your pet do not I say do NOT go here I wish I could...

Lauren is a drunken lush. I brought my dog to get groomed and she was passed out on the floor, at first i thought she was sick but the smell of stale alcohol almost made me sick, i just left,she didn't even know someone came in.

The first time my husband brought king their I was happy. The second time I took him there the worst experience ever.I dropped him off 10 am, called at 2 to see if he was ready and they said no.So I called at 5,then at 6 then at 7,They told me to come in a half hour.When I got there there was a women and a young 20 something yr old guy,They said they were overwhelmed with the work.I asked where was Lauren?They said she was sick and they drove from Pa to open the shop up for her.The young guy was smoking in the shop.It seemed like you had 2 people trying to do a job they never did before.When I got home I notice my dogs tail was sensitive when I touched.I took a look at it and the abused him cause he had a fresh cut on his tail.Hate that place never again.
