The people running that place, I would not trust to run a bath, let a lone a business. No customer service skills at all. They act so fake and prissy it's annoying. They promise you results but ultimately they rip you off because when you do not attain said results, they completely wash their hands of it. If you have any problems they sing the same tune "well I can't do that cuz corporate won't let us" BULL----!!! I guess the managers are not empowered at all. What are you managers or puppets when you cannot make simple decisions without using "corporate" or "they" as a scapegoat!!! Grow a pair ya wusses!!! Do the right thing by your customers because WE ARE THE REASON YOU'RE IN BUSINESS and you are employed, that's the bottom line. Further, you aren't the only hair removal/skincare services in town so watch it!!!
