He explained every step of the process to me, and made the experience an enjoyable one. His crew is hard working and left my home immaculate after the job was complete. They delivered the job as promised. I am extremely happy I went with Lou and company. I've dealt with many different contractors over the last year. Lou is by far the most honest GC I've met.
