I went to this new restaurant/bar for luch with 3 co-workers. The menu was small but varied. There was some of the usual american pub fare that you might find in this sort of place but there were also a selections from different hispanic countries available from the menu and the daily specials. Everyone loved their food. The burgers were excellent and the fries were hot and crispy- and lots of them! The cuban sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The chicken parm, a dinner-sized portion also very good and came with several sides. The bread and rolls were all made in-house and was some of the best I have had in this area. The place just opened today (I think we were their second table) so the server, while friendly and attentive, did not know the menu yet and the kitchen was a bit slow. It was worth the wait as the food was above what you'd normally expect from a bar and grill. Once they get the kinks out this place is going to be a big hit.
Absolutely horrendous. Tonight was the firework show at Mt. Trashmore so I understand it was a busier night. They had their event menu so all easy to make foods. Service was awful. I asked our server at least 3 times for food. Waited over an hour for tuna bites. Server seemed clueless as ever. Everytime I asked where our drinks or food was he would ask "do you want me to check". Was told the...
Gracious hosts, very good food for a restaurant of this level. The service is a bit unrefined but it's essentially a bistro level restaurant. All in all very good worth a stop.
