Heh - the survey provides a ready-made comment in case I were to lazy to type something original! I've never seen that before... and it seems to focus on Parking!! I don't Care how easy this office is to locate - I'd go through jungle to get to a dentist with the pride of workmanship, the good manners, the gentleness and concern, and the flexible intelligence and quest for new dental knowledge...
