I always have a great experience when I see Dr. Lam. Office wait time is never long. He never rushes and always takes the time to listen.

Very unprofessional and so is his staff. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. There are many good doctors in Carrollton, and he isn't one of them.

Do not go to this dr. He Haack a terrible bed side manner and his office staff is terribly inefficient and lazy. I had to request my kids medical records 5 times before they ever even responded, then they still never sent them!!!! He also told my son he was Fat in front of his siblings and needed to loose weight. My dinner was mortified. Id never go back here. Doctor said in Dallas are a dime...

Dr. Lam sees all 4 of my sons and I am very please to say that I have always had a good experience with him. My oldest is 15 and my youngest is 6 months and he is amazing with all ages. He is extremely thorough with babies and I never feel rushed by him. I even brought my daughter with me one day because she was sick and even though he couldn't fit her into his schedule (she sees Dr. Lavedan...

the New call Center is not worth not worth anything every time you tried to call and leave a message it always get screwed up. I've been with dr. Man for 15 years it's times like this is when you need to talk to a nurse you get someone who does not know nothing about what you need to talk about what happened to these days. Dr. Said they realize too much of the computer do the work.
