I found Dr Meakin very nice and I think he is a great Doctor, but the office staff is not too professional. I had left messages and no one ever called me back.

My daughter is 16 months. Recently her CHKD doc let her tonsils go too long without medication. I brought her to Lakeview because they had the best availability. She is terrified of doctors offices, but remained calm in this office. They were really compasionate and gentle..just what my little one needed. She required a shot which was quickly given...then everyone felt so bad that she left...

I have only seen Dr Meakin twice but I tend to think he is a very good doctor. HOWEVER, whenever I have called his office, except to make an appointment, all I can do is leave a message. They have NEVER returned a call. I cannot find the results of lab work. I cannot find if my allergy serum is ready. He really seems to care about his patients. Never too busy for questions. Concerned with preventing health problems as much as treating existing conditions. Excellent people skills.
