We have been going to Lake Villa Auto Repair now for 3 years and unlike the other post, we have received exceptional service. The mechanics take their time and insure the the job is done correctly the 1st time around. We also have broken down and the towing service that they provide is great. When they say 24 hour towing they mean it! You cant go wrong when you go to Lake Villa Auto Repair.‎

They are horrible with customer service. When I wanted to speak to the owner he would not talk to me. The time of labor and cost of parts is double what they tell you it will be. Then you have to bring the car back because it was incorrectly diagnosed or repaired.

If you like giving away your hard earned for substandard workmanship and poor customer service, then this is the place for you. Be prepared to bring a lot of cash...enough to go down the street when your done to get the work done right.
