i live in Colorado so why am I reviewing a chiropractor's office in Seattle? Because I lived there for many years and was one of Dr Steffen's first patients when LUW opened back in 2009. I'm a firm believer in maintenance chiropractic care for lower back pain due to poor sleeping habits and make a habit of dropping in to have Dr Steffen crack my back every time I visit Seattle.

The place is clean and massage is good. They accept insurance, and my copay each time is less than $10. Booking is hard, as they are very busy. The downside is the one-hour massage, mine is not really 60 minutes. My therapist came 5 minutes late, and we first talk for a while, and he let me …

Good quality care but they have billing practices that aren't as good as they should be and aren't clear enough.
