Help us make it rightI have been here almost three years and have had problems since day one, parking is a huge problem if you have more than one car. The entire property is poorly maintained, the on site maintenance staff doesn't do repairs or care if his contractors do anything. My wife and i were very satisfied with the townhome we rented in 2010.we never had a problem here with neighbors,parking or with managment. I never had a complaint from day 1.the 2 girls in the office jennifer & christine do a great job and were very fair with me in everything. If it were up to me i would live here many more years to come. I recommend this place to anyone.
The two women who work in here are about the laziness, nastiest women you will ever encounter. They are bound to upset you with their rudeness and I dont know who gave them a job there dealing with people because they dont appear to want to deal with people at all. Good luck!
This Apt complex IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AT ALL.....ALL MILITARY should avoid renting here. They will use loopholes within the law to charge military service members with orders additional rent when they arent even there. My son in law was charged for 20 days rent for which he wasnt even there and had military orders moving him somewhere else. Now they are taking it to court and though the law...
Really liked it here, even though it was slightly old and outdated. Loved the townhouse and had tons of room. Layout was perfect. Only bad thing was I did not feel too safe, lots of wanna be thugs hanging around. Other then that cant complain, great location, no jet noise!
