My mother was in skilled nursing care for 4 months after suffering a stroke... 2 months under the care at lake prince woods, she presented with grade 4 bed sores... Inexcusable and absolutely negligent care from a very inexperienced and untrained staff

I wouldnt give any stars if that was an option. Please do not put your loved one in this facility. The staff is negligent and your loved one will suffer at their hands. The manangement team is a joke and holds no one including themselves accountable for their actions. They do not care about their residents well being, safety, or dignity. They will do everything they can including falsifying...

Lake Prince Woods has been wonderful for both of my parents. My father has been in Skilled Care for about two years and the care has been very good.
