Realize what a jewel they are

I love this place! We have taken our German Shepard there since she was 8 weeks old and only one time was I a little upset with how one person treated my girl. Not once since that time has anyone been ugly to our animals nor us. We moved to another area about 45 minutes away and went back to LCAH because of the price but still used the one close to us for emergencies and the experience at the new vets office is totally different. Lake country is just so much more open to their patients (human and animals) from their receptionist to their techs. All though I must say the vet at the new vets...

My golden retriever drags me into the building. She loves their treats. Everybody was friendly and the veterinarian and technicians took extra time with us. My cat is not a fan but she is very nervous. When she was boarded, the cat room was separate form the dog kennel and she loved watching the wall aquarium. She was not stressed out when we picked her up after a week long stay. She was also flea free.
