Not too much to say about this place. I joined and they tried to lock myself and my friend into a 3 year contract. They only gave us a break on the price when we chose the plan for working out on certain days of the week. I had never heard of this before at a gym. It was a lot of fun at first, but now, it's the same machines and no classes or anything. So we joined another local gym for women.

They do have a good sauna. But everything else is too boring or for the very new exerciser. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want a long contract.
